Live By These Four Simple Rules! You Can't Go Wrong!!!


I live by these four simple rules. If you want to start somewhere start here! Use these rules as a base build from it week by week, month by month and soon you will have developed a good routine.

Start Today With Home Workout!

Make this a 15 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes), or a 20 Minute AMRAP. Keep a tally of your rounds so you can beat it next week!

7 Burpees
24 Air Squats (get low)!!!!
7 Diamond sit ups or regular sit ups

Ok I know I have posted about this before but PLEASE try this recipe!! I actually tried it last night and I am in love!! It's great pre or post training snack or as a dessert with some beautiful frozen blueberries.

Chia Seed Pudding

3 Tablespoons of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 can of coconut Milk
1/3 Cup Chia Seeds

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until mixed well. Place in the fridge overnight.

Enjoy!!!!

(Because the Chia seeds soak up the moisture and produce a gel texture it tastes like a creamy rice pudding).
